Road Weather Solutions

Environmental Buoys and Mooring Equipment
A buoy-based system must be moored to ensure that it remains stationary. The buoy is usually moored via a stainless-steel mooring line, bottom chain and anchor. It is recommended to moor the buoy in the deepest part of the waterway to ensure the most inclusive measurements. This allows for multiple measurement depths and will best reflect the characteristics of the water body as a whole. We are providing Buoy-based systems are typically moored as either a single-point or two-point mooring, based on environmental and application-specific factors.
System Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance
Our technical expertise is handy with heavy mechanical, electrical, civil and software to perform a complete satisfactory installation of weather monitoring systems. We follow below sated processes for installation & commissioning activity.
- First of all, System is installed by the OEM and watched over by OEM trained and certified Etengy Engineers.
- Secondly system is installed by OEM trained and certified Etengy engineers and monitored by the OEM Engineers.
- All subsequent installations are handled by OEM trained and certified Etengy Engineers on their own.
- Site Acceptance Test can be performed either OEMor by the Etengy Engineers or by both.
Supply of Third-Party Items
Etengy procures third party items required for various projects and Etengy has well established procedures to procure third party from local vendors at competitive price. This plays an important role in reducing the cost of system solution and long-term maintenance costs thereby maximizing the chances of winning the bids.
Spare Inventory Management
Quantity of spares to be stocked maintained by Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Population Stocked
and Turnaround Time (TAT). Etengy CRM software provides accurate information on estimated MTBF, installed base, TAT andSLA agreed with customer. Etengy have that much of inventory space to managed both OEM local third-party spares in a specified storage environmental condition.
